There's no fixed schedule. If your hook isn't gripping as firmly as it used to after long use in a warm, humid bathroom, a fresh set restores the original hold.
How do I fit the replacement?
Twist off the knob, swap in the fresh suction cup and compression piece, press firmly onto a clean, dry surface, and leave it 24 hours before use - Follow Installation Method
